WHAT KIND OF PARENT IS THIS !!!

i always thought that such thing won't happen in singapore !!

but apparently am so so so wrong !!

what happen was, i was going home from the ntuc just now..

near the entrance of the ntuc

i saw a baby stroller and there's a indian baby in the stroller !!

the stroller was "parked" the the side of the pathway

and the parent was no where near there (there isn't any indian or maid there)!!

and i heard one of the couple @ atm machine (atm is near the entrance)

saying about the parent leaving the baby outside and went into the ntuc !!!

OMG !!!

how can there be such a parent !!

your baby is not a goods that you can leave outside the ntuc !!

oh please ! if you can't take care of a baby, DON'T GIVE BIRTH TO ONE !!!
