whats the use of working so hard where people only judge you by a result?

this stupid rule just passed down in my unit

saying that those who did not pass their ippt

the conduct of their testimonial will only be a satisfactory

and those who pass will have a better conduct compare to those that fail..

even though i don't really care about that shitty paper

but IS THIS EVEN FAIR ??!!

what is the meaning of conduct??

Conduct mean a personal behavior; way of acting; bearing or deportment

so what does it got to do with that result?

after so much stuff we done for them
